A Woman Who is Taking Strides in Many Volumes for the Social Empowerment of Women


Our Cameroonian wife Sharon N. Alenda is a beautiful Mediterranean woman of African descent with deep Cameroonian family roots and little Ghanaian heritage, who is a non-fiction Christian Author and business woman rightfully so. And yet she was recently awarded the role of a female pastor and or Reverend within the Christian body of Women’s Ministry Development within the African, Cameroonian & Ghanaian Christian Diaspora Community abroad as well. As an author, most of her books are written to empower the soul, the spirit and the mind of the average African woman. Her latest book was compiled and written to fellow Cameroonian women entitled “Reflections of A Queen” is now sold in select bookstores and also now available on www.amazon.com. This book was a national archive that a lot of women of color had warm feelings for after they finished reading this particular book from Sharon.

“ Reflections of A Queen” by Sharon N. Alenda is a book that talks about the fundamentals of Christian romance, Christian dating and the end result of a wonderful marriage. Though a fraction of her University degrees have been in the sciences Sharon Nkengafac Alenda is soon to conclude a PhD in as a Doctor of Philosophy in Medicine which helps her focus on her NIH Neonatal and Newborn Research and studies. Also qualifications in being a Midwife in the African cultural context and a Professor of Women’s Studies, Maternal & Cultural Psychology along with be a Professor of   Women’s Health and Reproductive Care within Women’s Health Research as a quota in her own right and educational merit. Sharon is indeed a Graduate of the School of Education at one particular IV league University in Virginia. With outstanding qualifications in a Professional Diploma in Finance and International Business & Banking from an Institute affiliated with the United Nations called ITC Commonwealth & Trade.  Her professional work experience has only mostly been in the Women’s Studies & Maternal Psychology field in which she is authoring a new book with a framework  in these two fields of Women’s Studies & Maternal Psychology  called and or titled ,” THE TRAVAILS OF FULANI, BAYANGI BAMILEKE, & BAKOSSI WOMEN  :A LIFE LONG JOURNEY & The Story of One Ghanaian Woman”. This book should be in book stores by early 2025. Her professional work experience has only mostly been in Maternal Health and Women’s Health sector in also teaching and researching in this same sector for women to have breakthroughs in their pregnancies and to ultimately bear children. Sharon also holds a degree in Teaching and Education with noted research in Educational & School Counseling methodologies. 

Professor Sharon’ s second book about women and cultural reinforcements called “Ethnic Adornments” a book about the Ministry of women in the Church lead her to abound in Educational Leadership and even allows her the Professor role any University setting to teach students at the University level on Women Issues, Cultural Psychology and or Neonatal Care and Women’s Health needs.  As Sharon finishes her Doctorate in Medicine in the next several months she will be as well awarded a Master of Arts in the Health Sciences as well in addition to her Doctorate in Medicine as a token of appreciation from those who head her University Doctorial Program. Her current projects as she travels to Africa is to further establish her women-owned business infrastructure which is and will be centered around Fashion Merchandising; Beauty Therapy and the Mass Production of cosmetics and women’s clothing including but not limited to women’s apparel, fine beaded jewelry, fine accessories, shoes and handbags all for the economic and social empowerment of Cameroonian women in Cameroun and abroad. Sharon has been moved also of late to empower women recently by way of the pulpit. Through the victory over her own life’s issues and the guiding force to overcome within. We hope soon to refer to this dear woman as Dr. Sharon with regards.
